JULIAN PROJECT – Craftsmanship – Every Detail Mattered

This 1970 Duplex in an affluent Weems community had what the owner called “good bones” and was completely redesigned and renovated. We removed the deteriorated sunroom from the back of the house and hauled it away. A basement (man-cave) was built with a new beautifully designed sunroom above it. Structural walls were removed to create a large Great Room with a gourmet kitchen. The water view previously hidden from view is now enjoyed fully from the front foyer throughout the entire 1st level living space. “This project was fun, challenging and rewarding.”
